Return credit and exchanges require a Zeigler’s Honey Company receipt.
Purchases made from entities other than Zeigler’s Honey Company are not eligible for return credit or exchange. You must obtain credit or exchange from the vendor at which you purchased the product
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Opened items are not eligible for full return credit.
Items that are shipped to Zeigler’s Honey Company without adequate packing to ensure safe return are not eligible for full return credit.
